Shipping Policy

Carriers & Delivery

We partner with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, as well as local couriers, to deliver directly to your doorstep. Flat-rate worldwide shipping is available.

Order & Payment

  • Orders are charged at checkout and verified before shipping.
  • Payment processing may take several days.
  • Orders requiring verification may be delayed or canceled to prevent fraud.

Processing Times

  • Average processing time: 2–5 business days.
  • During holidays or peak demand: up to 10 business days.
  • Once in processing, orders cannot be modified (including address changes).
  • Shipping occurs on business days only (no weekends or holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

  •  7–14 business days

Note: Estimates exclude the 2–5 day processing time. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number sent via email once dispatched.
  • Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If an order is refused and returned, return costs and fees will be deducted from the refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Trezura is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders cannot be modified once processed.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product received is not the color or model ordered.

  • Original packaging is intact.

We do not accept returns for wrong model selections (Classic/Roller, etc.). Please confirm before purchasing.

Return Process

  1. Email contact@Alvoo.ca with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For items over $75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Banks may take 2–3 business days to process.

  • Gift returns will be refunded as store credit.

Damaged Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to contact@Alvoo.ca with photo/video proof.

Lifetime Warranty

If you purchased our Lifetime Warranty, damaged or defective bags are eligible for replacement. Simply send us proof and your order number — we’ll send you a replacement while you keep your original.
